    Mixing, buffer and storage tanks with sanitary welds you can run a fingernail over. Built for CIP from day one.

The machines behind the table

Everything except head pressing happens under one roof in Rawang. That is why a revision on Tuesday can be on the rolling machine by Thursday, and why you can walk the floor on any weekday without booking a special tour.

Steel moves one way through our shop. So do your drawings.

Our Rawang plant is laid out as a single loop, from raw plate to the loading bay. Nothing doubles back, stainless never shares a bay with carbon steel, and every station has a named supervisor you can ask for on a visit.

    Material store & cutting

    Plate arrives with mill certificates, gets PMI-checked, then goes to the 6 kW fibre laser. Offcuts are sorted by grade for recycling.

  2. 2

    Rolling & forming

    Four-roll plate bender for shells up to 3,000 mm wide. Heads come in pressed and are trimmed and bevelled here.

  3. 3

    Welding cells

    Six screened cells, one vessel per cell, carbon-steel-free zone. Orbital TIG for pipework runs in cell 6.

  4. 4

    Polishing & finishing

    Internal polish to the Ra you specified, measured with a profilometer and logged per zone.

  5. 5

    Pickling & passivation

    Bunded, ventilated bay with a fume scrubber. Rinse water goes to our treatment tank, not the drain.

  6. 6

    Hydro test pit

    Sunken pit for vessels up to 7 m tall. Calibrated gauges, chart recorder, witness gallery for your inspector.

  7. 7

    Dispatch & QA lab

    Final inspection, bagging and dossier sign-off, then onto the truck under a 20 t overhead crane.

The old tanks had to come out and the new ones go in during a 9-day Hari Raya shutdown. We pre-assembled pipe spools in Rawang, trial-fitted them against a laser scan of the site, and worked two shifts.

Our inspection and test plan is agreed with you before work starts. At a hold point, work stops until you or your inspector sign off. At a witness point, we give you 48 hours' notice so you can attend.

    Every plate and pipe matched to its EN 10204 3.1 mill certificate. PMI gun confirms the grade before cutting.

    Fit-up & dimensions

    Hold point

    Nozzle orientation, heights and levelness checked against the approved drawing before final welding.

    Radiography or dye-penetrant to the extent your code calls for, 10% to 100%, by a third-party Level II.

    Held at 1.3 × design pressure for at least 60 minutes with a chart recorder. Your inspector can sign the chart.

    Witness

    Weld tint removed, surface passivated, then a ferroxyl test proves no free iron is left behind.

    Factory acceptance test with water, agitator run-in, and a bound QA dossier handed over with the vessel.

No email wall on the technical sheets. Take what you need for your tender or your design review, and send them to your team as they are.

A P&ID, a datasheet, a hand sketch or a photo of the tank you want to replace are all fine. The more you send, the tighter the price, but a rough brief still gets you a budget number.

Questions buyers ask before the first call

Something missing? Put it in the RFQ form and an engineer will answer it with your quote.

What is your minimum order?

One vessel. Most of our work is one to six vessels per project. For a single small tank under 1 m³ we may point you to a standard catalogue tank, because a custom build will cost more than it is worth.

Can you build to our own design, or do you design it for us?

Both. About half our orders arrive as a client drawing that we check and detail for fabrication. The other half start from a process datasheet, and our engineers do the mechanical design and calculations to ASME VIII Div. 1 for your approval.

Do you install on site?

Yes, across Peninsular Malaysia, with our own riggers and pipe fitters. For Sabah, Sarawak, Singapore and Indonesia we deliver and supervise, working with your local installer.

Which third-party inspectors do you work with?

Any recognised inspection body your project names. We schedule their hold and witness points in the inspection and test plan so they are never waiting on us.

What are your payment terms?

Typically 30% on order, 40% on hydro test, 25% on delivery and 5% on site acceptance. Prices are fixed in ringgit. Government-linked and listed companies can ask about their standard vendor terms.

What warranty do we get?

24 months on workmanship and materials from delivery, and 12 months on bought-in parts such as motors and valves, backed by the maker. Breakdown calls in Peninsular Malaysia get an engineer on site within 24 hours.

Do you repair or modify tanks you did not build?

Yes, if we can verify the material. We add nozzles, jackets and agitators, re-passivate, and re-certify after repair. We will ask for the original data book if you have it.
